Heath Manor (Independent Living)

The 24 apartments of Heath Manor surround an attractive commons area with a large, free-standing limestone fireplace. Housekeeping, transportation, and food services, as well as laundry facilities and a beauty salon, are provided for Heath Manor residents. The 806-square-foot, one bedroom apartments that include a den, are modern and convenient with central air/heat, vaulted ceilings, full kitchens, and French doors that open onto small patios.

Some history …

June 16, 1991 was the grand opening of Heath Manor. Heath Manor was named in honor of long time West Liberty residents John and Edith Heath for their generous bequest.

In January of 1997 additional apartments were adjoined to the east making Heath Manor it’s current 24 apartment complex. These apartments could not have been possible without the memorial gifts of Alberta Metcalf Kelly and Genevieve Arnold.
